Introduction

A Electrical distribution Panel board is a component of an electricity supply system which divides an electrical power feed into subsidiary circuits, while providing a protective fuse or circuit breaker for each circuit in a common enclosure.

1. Outdoor Feeder Panel

Low-voltage feeder pillars form a basic part of most public and many private distribution networks. Feeder pillars are connected to the distribution board. These pillars are usually made of strong and weather proof materials like Galvanized sheet steel, stainless steel. Feeder pillars are mainly used in electrical installations.

2. Distribution Panel with Power Factor Controller

Automatic Power Factor Control Panel to achieve unity/near unity power factor. The power factor controller of our APFC Panels monitors the reactive power which intern helps in saving energy.

3. AMF Control Panels

AMF panel are designed to provide emergency power during a mains supply failure. During operation, the control panel of the AMF monitors the mains entering the building. If a mains failure occurs, the panel will disconnect the mains from the load, the generator is started and its output connected to the load (which is the appliances, lights, etc in use within the factory/office/house at the time of mains failure). The generator continues to supply the building until the mains supply returns. The generator then automatically disconnects, stops and the mains is re-connected to the load.
The AMF panel reverts to the standby mode ready to respond in the event of another mains failure. With the generator in ‘Auto’ mode, the incoming main is monitored continuously. If the mains voltage falls outside the preset limits, a ‘mains failure’ has occurred and the process of starting the generator set is initiated.

4. Synchronization Control Panel

Synchronizing panel will operate on an automatic mains failure system, so that when the main supply is interrupted on one or all phases (after an adjustable delay period) the generator sets will start-up together. After an initial warm-up period (adjustable) the generators will synchronize with each other by means of motorized circuit breakers or contactors onto a common busbar. Next, the motorized change-over switch will be closed and the load will be connected to the main distribution box.

5. Automation Panels.

6. AC Drives Panels

We supply AC drive panels which are widely used as speed controllers of alternate current induction motor. Widely used across various industries, AC drives are used to control the speed of motor by controlling frequency of supply. In AC drives, frequency and voltage are changed in same proportion for smooth performance of ac motor.

7. Power & Lighting Distribution Panels

Motor control center houses various starters for the various drives. It is mfg. In compartmentalized and non-compartmentalized constructions. Panels are manufactured in sactions for a big MCC. All sactions are joined together. Copper/Aluminum bus bar is provided with the Panels. In the continuous process industries down time in the starters are critical. In that case draw out type MCC is used. Same is having modules of different ratings and new modules can be plugged by removal of the exciting module.

10. . Power Control Centers

Power Control Centre is used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. Normally Power Control Centers is installed near power source hence fault level is high. It is designed to suit fault level of 50KA or 65 KA for 1 sec. Busbar system in Power Control Centers are designed to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40°c above ambient. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.
